2000 Plymouth Neon Bad PCM ????

2000 Plymouth Neon #1 ignition control circuit bad. Does PCM have to be replaced. If so can I replace it with one from a wrecking yard ? ( Car firing on two cylinders , had coil checked it was bad, replaced with new one still fring on two cylinders ) THANK YOU for any help !
