Help With Giving Handouts for English Cl?

ok i'm doing a presentation on Langston Hughes and my teacher wants me to give handouts for the cl on what i am going to be doing. i basically have all the info, but my main problem is structure. how do i format it? right now everything is just sloppily put together and i can't hand these out, i know about the dates, but how do i format these and make them look nice instead of one jobbled mess of a handout?
