HELP - One of my black mollies just gave birth but....?

she shares tank space with a pair of apple snails and a pair of guppies. The fry are hiding under the pebbles at the base of the tank, but will the guppies eat them??!! And how DO you look after the fry??? I bought these fish just YESTERDAY!
