Your opinions on off snow skill to on snow skills.?

snowboarding isn't very much like skateboarding because on a skateboard you have trucks and wheels between your board and the ground, therefore wakeboarding is a lot more like snowboarding. as for skiiing, skating and inline skating aren't much like skiing, they are more like snowblading (basically mini skis and no poles). Skiing really can't be related to any other of those sports much. Snowblading is half way from skiing to ice skating though
