Why should I choose one religion over another?

I recently started practicing a form of Wiccan, but I was born and raised in a Christian home. I was wondering why should I chose one religion over another? Christians, why should I stick with that if nothing good has ever come out of it? All I have gotten from Christ was heartache and misery.
