What should I wear, or how should I wear it?

Okay, I am about 6'1" and I have a pretty slim figure. There is your mannequin. I have a on-up with many shades of brown. It has vertical stripes of black. With that, I have a tie that is black and it fades to light brown. I have a dark brown Polo over it all. The sleeves of the on-up are rolled up over to the Polo's sleeves. I am wearing very dark, black denim pants. Footwear wise, I have black, very long and pointy leather loafers with black crocodile skin. I do not know what color of belt I should wear. I also do not know if I should wear a leather jacket or not, and, if I do, what color to use. Please leave any suggestions; they will be much appreciated. Also, any other input is also welcome.
