Can anyone help me so I don't feel so bad about my body?

Your weight isn't very overweight, and you always feel like you look worse then what other people see when they look at you. Keep exercising, and don't check your weight every day to see if it improves because it all changes depending on what time of day it is, and the fact that muscle weighs more than fat. Just remember that while running, after about 10 minutes; that's when it starts to help tone, and it takes a while for your body to tell your brain that you are full. Don't worry too much, and don't go too hard on yourself!
