IPod Touch Installous TM sign?

Hey, i have a 2G 8gig jailbroken iPod Touch...i have installous and have got many games from it...some game have a little "TM" sign beside the title of the game, and when i click on it in the installous program, on my iPod, it doesnt open the next page : /...a lot of really good games have the "TM" sign (trademark sign i think lol) and i want to get them! is their a way to get them?
