My xBox disc has annual rings, please help? LOL seriously?

this ring is burnt into the disc when the disc is spinning and the xbox gets bumped or moved. the disc like falls out of its holding postion and the laser burns the ring into it. if it isnt happening to your other games then this is exactly what happened. a repair machine like others are saying will not fix this deep of a cut. the disc is basically shot. and the game can be played like you said until the laser reaches this cut... then it will stop. JUNK IT !
