How do i kick out the alpha dog of our group?

i have this d1ckg3ad in my group, and he hates me. he gets people to hate me. athough, the other 10 are my friends and hav nothing against me. What should i do to kcik him out? he gets pissed easily when we tease him abit. i wnat him out. i dont want to be the top, but just get the guy out.
