My Computer Has Been infected By Something Called w32/Blaster.worm?

It Is Not On the computer i am using right now because no internet program or any program will open on the infected computer so i dont think i can download anything PLEASE HELP!!!! And malware Protection keeps popping up telling me to buy it.. is there any other way?? PLEASE!!
