try to look up easy tasty recipes online , then make your food so it lasts for about 2 - 3 days then when your hungry take it out heat it up and eat , also try healthy snacks like fruits , vegetables and you could try pita bread with hummus or something , the important thing is to stay away from fatty foods foods that are full of sugar , and instead find foods that fill you up from smaller portions well sorry i did my best to help i reaaally hope it helps you & good luck i belive in you =)
