Decent Singing? Main Singer?

I have been singing for a little over a year now. Most of the times when i sing with my guitar, people do not give any comments on my singing and I am wondering if that means if that means I am okay? Since like they did not give neither a negative nor a positive one. But I have got a comment that my voice sounds unique but decent. What does that mean? Another said I sing great or I like your voice. Another said its pleasant. Would those people be lying? I mean I recorded myself I guess I sound pretty decent but like when I compare to people like tyson ritter or even like bruno mars I find myself shitty. Would that be normal? Overall my main question here is that from those quotes that I received , would it be good enough to sing as a main sing leader in a band? I am also really good at guitar from what people say.
