Will I get into a UC school?

I'm a junior in high school. have a grade point average of 3.24. Took mostly CP cles freshman and sopre year. This year I took U.S. History, Spanish AP. Plus an advanced english IB. I also happen to be almost done with my first two years of college. I began taking the necessary requirements and currently have completed 44 units with a gpa of 3.09. By May of next year, I hope to be finished with my first two years. I took the sat subject tests for the first time last month and I received a score of 650 in us history, a 640 in biology, and a 630 in english. I also have tons of volunteer under my belt...perhaps around 100+ for sure. Next year, I'm planning to continue taking a few more AP cles..perhaps 3 or 4. I also plan to take the SAT next october. I did take the PSAT and I got a raw score of 175 which would translate to around 1750 in the SAT. Now I'm freaking out and thinking I may not be good enough into getting into a UC school. Will I get in? And which ones are more likely than others?
