How do i know if he wants a relationship or just ?

I've been on and off hu with this guy for a few months. We've had since we started hanging out and it has never made it weird. However i know that hes kind of a womanizer and i wonder sometimes it the things he says to me are just generic to him. I am positive about the fact that he hasnt hu with anybody else since we had started which is like 4 months ago. He calls me baby primarily sweetheart babe etc. and when im with him hes so nice and considerate, always looking at me in a loving way. we go out to dinner all the time and its not like whenever i come over he hides me away, were always out and big fans of PDA. I just dont know if he really likes me and wants something out of this or if he just likes me for and thats all.
