Sirius Radio no longer has power?

Hey guys, I bought a truck about a month back and it came with an older Sirius radio, I believe its the Stratus 5. Anyways, when I got the truck it powered up and everything, it just needed to be activated again. Now, a month later, I go to turn it on so that I can look at it to maybe get it activated, and now it wont even turn on. It doesnt make any sense to me, but I would rather not deal with customer service if I dont have to, so if anyone knows what the problem could possibly be, please let me know, Ontario radio SUCKS!
