If a girl touches your face and says "Ohhh .... you're so sweet..." what does that mean?

I remember when I was in 1st grade, some random girl walked up to me and touched my face and said I was sweet. The way she said it was very soft, and her eyes were very dreamy when she said it, kinda like she was in her fantasy world or something. It was during recess and it was only us two on top of the playground. It was kinda like Romeo and Juliet ... well, in a way. But yeah ... It's weird because that girl was very nerdy and quiet in cl, I never knew she would actually say that to me ... and touch my face. And today in high school I still see her walking in the hallways ... but she doesn't recognize me though... and her eyes are still dreamy as always ...
