How can I install asus 8500gt software?

I'm using gigabyte motherboard(GA-P35-DS3R) and I dunno y the vga cd tat provide 2 me when I purchase the asus 8500gt 256mb can't install its software in my pc. I am convinced tat my pc had no problem. Asus web sucks as I cant find any troubleshooting thr. Is thr any way I can solve tis woes?
