What kind of currency is this?

What is this? I have a foreign bill or note that i believe is from germany, I don't really know what it is, on the front of it is two victorian looking women holding a photo of a lady's face. on the two upper corners there is 100 in big letters. on the back is a large falcon or some kind of bird there is lettering on this side, at the top is spells out either Keichsbanfnote. or Reichsbanfnote. the serial # down either side are Nr1126979L. there are two seals on the right side that have the same bird in them and they spell out REICHSBANKDIREKTORIUM. It is also the same size of the old american currency
