What do you think please help?

ok hi everyone me and my hubby have been ttc for 3 months now my last af was on 3/30 till 4/4 which was a week early my cycle are usually irregular but lately they been more predictable ranging 40 days which is long but my last cycle was 33 days and I stop one day early becus it usually last 7 days ok 2 days ago I started spotting light with no cramps it lasted a day in a half then went away so I took a hpt and I got a light positive line I didn't drink anything with that test so later that night I drank a hugh thing of cranberry juice so I can go to take the other one but that one was negative and my period is not due for another two weeks so please give me your honest advice do u think i'm preg and thank you from my heart for reading and helping me and sorry so long
