My honda prelude 2001 car alarm won't turn off?

my remote stopped working for some reason? the red light wont turn off so only way i could get in my car was with the key but of course my alarm starts going off. I took out the horn fuse so it would stop doing off but now the lights won't stop flashing and i dont kno if there is a alarm fuse or what i need to do
