I'm doing a speech on why we shouldn't implement a military draft. Anyone know good sources for these points?

If Barrack Obama is elected he will institute a national volunteer program which will encourage everyone who wants to go to college to either serve in the military or through community service. This policy will encourage more people to serve in the military, making the draft unnecessary.
